About the position:
As the Senior Character Concept Artist, you will be responsible for creating original designs for characters and creatures for our yet to be announced AAA titles. You’ll be involved in shaping projects at all stages of the production cycle. As the Senior Concept Artist, you will work closely with the Art Director and Team Leads to complete assignments and assist other departments in bringing our joint vision to life. We want your work to have a real impact on the final look and feel of the game.

Responsibilities:
• Creating high-quality concept art to various levels of finish and time constraints
• Creating illustrations for keyframes, box art and other marketing purposes
• Following Art Director's guidelines to maintain visual style of the game
• Participating in feedbacking other artists

Requirements:
• 5+ years working as a Concept Artist - at least 2 of those years spent as an in-house concept artist
• Portfolio demonstrating exceptional character designs
• Excellent drawing skills both in digital and traditional media
• Strong grasp of anatomy, composition, colour theory, value, form, shape language, and silhouette
• Understanding of art pipelines in the video game industry
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and a high capacity to learn new tools
• Good organization skills with adherence to file structures and naming conventions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to accept critical review of your work with a positive attitude
• A passion for creating and playing video games
