Senior Game Designer

Anshar Studios is looking for a talented Senior Game Designer to join our team on-site in Katowice, Poland.

Responsibilities:

• Core gameplay design
• Suggesting changes to creative direction
• Knowledge sharing
• User testing analysis
• Feedback to production plans from a design perspective

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience as a Game Designer
• Credited as a designer in at least 2 commercial video games
• Experience working on core gameplay
• Experience in fine-tuning game balance
• Passion for roleplaying and tactical games
• Intermediate English (B1/B2 level)

Pluses:

• Experience in Unreal Engine 4
• Experience with scripting languages
• Experience with mentoring other designers
• Passion for P&P RPGs
• Fluent English (C1/C2 level)
