VFX Artist

One More Level - we are a team of about 30 people. We are currently working on Ghostrunner - a title which Polygon has placed among the most awaited releases this year.
Our mission is to create unique, bold, conceptually independent games in the quality and setting appropriate for high-budget productions.

We are looking for a person for the position of VFX Artist for our office in Krakow, but also those who are interested in remote collaboration (contracts).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with our Art Director, Game Designers, Software engineers and Product Managers to shape ideas, style and quality
• Creating real-time special effects from a concept to the final version (explosions, lasers, sparks, smokes etc)
• Incorporate internal and user feedback to iterate on visual effects

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of experience creating and animating real-time visual effects
• Strong folio including examples of realistic VFX
• Experience in UE4 (including Cascade/Niagra, Material Editor, Blueprints)

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience in Houdini/Blender
• Understanding of traditional art principles including composition, design, and color theory
• Game development experience
