USER ACQUISITION & MONETIZATION MANAGER (H/F)

Playsoft creates and publishes mobile games, gathering all generations of casual players together.

CHALLENGES OF THIS ROLE

• You will be working to scale the fun mobile games that we create and publish. You will be part of a small and high performing team and will have the opportunity to grow your skills.

• You will manage UA campaigns for 1 to 3 live games

• You will make ad campaigns analysis and optimization (ROI driven)

• You will optimize monetization ad networks

YOU WILL BE GREAT AT THIS JOB IF

• Excellent knowledge of user acquisition platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Adwords,...)
• Excellent knowledge of tracking systems (Appsflyer, Adjust)
• Good knowledge of ad mediation tools
• You have 3+ years of working experience
• You speak and write English
• You have excellent problem solving, critical thinking and communication skills
• You have excellent analysis skills
• You develop proactive and efficient responses to pressing issues
• You have a hacker and creative mindset

Location: Gdansk (Poland) or fully remote
Contract: permanent contract
