All in! Games is a publishing house and development team. We create and support unique games for PC and consoles, working on both Polish and international projects. Some of our cool titles are Ghostrunner (One More Level) and Tools Up! (The Knights of Unity). Remember the name—we are gonna be loud!

Join our Internal Development team as a:

Senior 3D Animator

As a Senior 3D Animator, you will be responsible for creating animations of characters and creatures, working closely with outsource animators, and building an in-house animation team.

Your tasks will be to:

• create character, creature, and prop animations
• work closely with 3D artists and other animators to ensure a smooth development pipeline
• work closely with outsource animators
• build an in-house animation team
• create keyframe animation and animation based on mocap data

Be sure that you:

• have at least 5 years of working experience as an Animator
• know how to perform the listed tasks well
• have a strong command of both English and Polish
• have a good knowledge of the Unity 3D Engine
• have team management skills
• can communicate with team members and know which dialogue option will not fail the quest
• have a good knowledge of 3D animation software (Maya, MotionBuilder)
• have knowledge of mocap studio software and experience working on a mocap stage
