3D Lead Artist

Responsibilities

• Leading a team of Artists
• Determining the graphic style of games
• Review work and provide specific art direction based on project goals, creative standards, and technical accuracy
• Cooperating with developers and designers
• Mentoring and teaching less experienced artists
• Creating 3d assets for mobile games (low poly/high poly/realistic/cartoon)
• Creating PBR textures
• Creating game scenes
• Optimizing existing assets and scenes
• Creating VFX using Shuriken in Unity Engine
• Creating animations in Unity Engine

Requirements

• Min. 2 years of experience as Lead 3d Artist
• Experience in the mobile game industry
• The outstanding portfolio of 3D Creations
• Advanced knowledge of Blender/Maya
• Experience in using the Unity Engine
• Practical Photoshop skills
• Basics of Zbrush
• Knowledge of lightning, color and composition
• Interpersonal skills

Nice to have:

• Drawing skills
• 2d graphics experience
