Senior Producer

Moonlit S.A., game-dev studio based in Krakow, is looking for a Senior Producer to work on their newest production Dog Trainer - a production that got on the Steam Popular Wishlist in less than 48h since its Steam Page reveal. We are looking for talented people who will help us recreate the success of such similar games as Nintendogs or The Sims: Pets.

▶ What will be your responsibilities?

• Planning and managing production
• Supervision over the realization of production
• Taking care of projects backlog and timetables
• Priority management
• Management and communication with Developers
• Cooperation with the Project Owner, Designer, QA and Outsource - Cooperation and supervising Outsource
• Problem solving
• Submitting progress reports

▶ What are our requirements?

• At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar position
• Familiarity with agile (SCRUM) and waterfall methodologies
• Experience in work with ClickUp/JIRA or similar
• Documented, successful past projects
• Fluent English

▶ Nice to have:

• Experience in game development
• In-depth knowledge of Unity Engine
• Basic programming skills
• Practical knowledge of design software (Photoshop, Gimp, Blender) (Photoshop/Gimp/Blender)
• Experience with Game Marketing
• Interpersonal skills
