Your tasks:

• Work closely with engineers and other departments around the organization to plan, implement, and deliver new games or features for our live games within time and budget.
• Contact with investors and ongoing reporting.
• Oversee quality in different areas of development: game design, art, programming, QA.
• Build awareness and promote alignment of project goals, schedules, and milestones across the team.
• Identify and cost risks appropriately, and communicate all roadblocks and bottlenecks that may prevent developers from achieving established goals in the allotted time.
• Work with top management to determine the resources necessary to see projects through to completion.
• Help make informed decisions on work methods, development pipeline, and available resources.
• Communicate frequently with the top management on project status, risks, and opportunities. Schedule and attend meetings; take concise and comprehensive notes and distribute them to appropriate personnel.

Requirements:

• At least one finished PC/Console game project - you were the producer from the beginning until the project was launched.
  
• You are able to communicate effectively with all production disciplines, particularly with programming / technical personnel
• You have experience facilitating teams and delivering products on time
• You have knowledge of the gaming market and knowledge of software development process and project management as well.
• You have exceptional verbal and written communications skills in English and Polish
• You are able to facilitate and mediate between members of the development and support teams
• You have unrelenting self-motivation and initiative; enthusiastic “can-do” attitude is a must -- You are passionate about mobile games
