Traffic Manager

We are looking for people who will support the organizational operation of the creative marketing team, responsible for the preparation of marketing assets.

Your responsibilities:

• coordinating the work of graphic designers, copywriters, animators, effective resource management
• managing a task backlog
• accepting orders from stakeholders (business development, marketing, social media, operations, close cooperation with project managers)
• verifying work is done correctly, in compliance with the brief and any other applicable requirements seeing to the timely execution of tasks, both in terms of the entry of works to be implemented and the exit of finished materials
• cooperating with subcontractors
• settling external costs in the case of cooperation with subcontractors

You meet our expectations if you:

• have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a traffic manager (for example in a marketing department or advertising agency)
• have marketing experience - supervising the creation of marketing assets have used project management support tools (Jira, BaseCamp, others)
• can set priorities on a scale encompassing several projects
• have a positive attitude, high energy, attention to detail and focus on achieving goals
• are highly communicative and collaborative with management skills
