Project Oxygen

Far From Home S.A. is a new studio from Wrocław, made by devs having notably worked on titles such as Dying Light, Dying Light 2, Dead Island, The Medium, Chernobylite and Divinity Original Sin 1 and 2. We are working on our first title codename Project Oxygen - a survival action game, taking place on earth destroyed by a global ecological disaster.


We are looking for an experienced professional who would like to join our studio as a Community Manager. We are looking for someone who loves video games and loves to talk about them, all day long. That special person will help in building a community around our studio and around our games.

Daily responsibilities:

  • Act as a public-facing representative of our studio in streams and videos
  • Plan and manage communication strategy, plans, channels, and events
  • Work closely with our marketing and production team to drive the design and execution of all communication efforts on our company, brands, and products across owned platforms and social media channels
  • Design and manage community projects related to our games
  • Build relationships with community partners such as fan sites, influencers, and players
  • Provide community feedback reports to inform internal teams on community sentiment and reactions
  • Generating creative, high-quality content for our social media channels
  • Analyze and report on content performance data to drive continuous improvement, optimization, and innovation

Qualifications:

  • An avid gamer with a passion for video games
  • At least 2 years’ experience with social media and community management or a success story of building and nurturing a community around a video game
  • Familiarity with social media and communication tools. Their latest trends and development
  • Ability to analyze and draw conclusions
  • A positive, can-do attitude
  • Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English (additional language is a plus, especially Polish)
  • Ability to talk to people online and stream online
  • Creativity and self-reliance
  • Team player
