Senior Game Economy Designer

Your impact:

As a senior game economy designer, your job will be to collect as much input as possible about feature that you design, and create clean, and well-balanced mathematical designs of new features, as well as rebalance and redesign the existing ones.

Your work will consist of internal and external research, analysing player's data to create better designs, working with mathematical designs in spreadsheets and/or code (over 50% of your work time), iterative balancing and playtesting the economy.

What you need to succeed in this role:

• Experience in working on a mobile F2P game design
• Passionate about games
• Great mathematical intuition
• Proficient in Google Sheets / Excel
• Ability to design clean, efficient, and well-balanced game mathematics
• High communication skills
• Experience in data-driven game design
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Willingness to learn Python / R
• Experience with quantitative and/or qualitative data analysis will be an asset

• Attractive salary based on your experience (15 000 – 22 000 PLN net on B2B/ 3300 - 4900 EUR net per month). Please note that budget is flexible here. It all depends on your experience and what you can bring to the table.
