Vile Monarch, a hard rock games studio from Warsaw, is looking for someone who will help us expand our global kingdom. Currently, more than 60 royal followers reign in the studio, including veterans (who worked on This War of Mine, The Witcher series, Dying Light or Hard West), that in 5 years shipped 4 successful games, conquering PC, Android, iOS, PS4, Xbox One and Switch.

• Oh...Sir!! The Insult Simulator - hit party game based on building absurd sentences
• Oh...Sir! Hollywood Roast - a spin-off in the world of film
• Weedcraft Inc - ambitious tycoon game about the marijuana industry

Vile Monarch feeds on creativity - we love making fresh things of different sizes, for different platforms, in different genres. We focus on compelling fantasies served through expertly designed game systems. Right now we’re working on 4 bigger, unannounced titles: each very different, there’s realism and fantasy among them, humor and maturity, 3D art and 2D. All of them have management and strategy elements, but different amounts. And we’re not stopping here, hoping to start new projects soon! We are working closely with different partners from Europe, USA, and Asia. We're looking for a talent who can support us in:

• Maintaining existing and building new relationships with publishers, platform holders, investors
• Pitching projects
• Conferences/events attendance
• Market research
• Project/deal scouting
• Expanding lifetime of our portfolio
• Long-term strategy building

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience on similar position
• Very good knowledge of the global game market
• Experience in conducting market research
• Discipline and self-reliance, organized work style
• Very good English, both spoken and written
• Love for games, knowledge of various platforms and genres

Nice to have

• A network of global contacts
• Affable, outgoing attitude, ease in making new connections
• Love for beer, rock music and Michael Scott
