We are looking for:

Game Economy Designer

(7000-10000 net on UoP), to join Idle Creepy Park Inc. team

Idle Creepy Park Inc. Are you brave enough to manage a Dread Park full of horrible monsters? Idle Creepy Park Inc. is a terribly exciting (literally!) idle game. Hire managers who will help you keep the park clean and repair deteriorating attractions. Unlock new theme rooms with scary characters, make every visitor leave your amusement park pale with fear!

Requirements

• Experience as a Game Economy Designer / Game Balancer
• Good knowledge of the free-to-play market
• Willingness to learn and develop, also outside the area of ​​a given position
• A sense of humor, preferably dark
• Mobility and openness to business trips
• English at the communicative level
• Communication and teamwork skills

Nice to have

Passion and experience related to idle / clicker / incremental games or other titles with an advanced economy and extensive meta-game.

Responsibilities

• Designing, developing and managing the economy of games
• Maintaining the balance of the game
• Creating solutions with monetization potential
• Creating engaging gameplay in collaboration with the rest of the team
