About the position:

As a System Designer you will design new mechanics (systems) for our game. This is accompanied by legible documentation, balance and close cooperation with the rest of the team.

Responsibilities:

Designing and maintaining game systems in a multiplayer f2p title developed for PC and consoles
Balancing game systems in relation to each other and overall game economy
Creating design documentation
Cooperating with other members of design team to ensure that designs are aligned with overall vision
Cooperating with members of art and coding teams to ensure high quality of the game
Propose changes in features and balance based on player’s data and feedback

Requirements:

Experience with the development of free to play games
Experience with game design
Experience with prototyping games
Ability to write detailed and clear documentation
Good knowledge of Excel / google sheets / and mathematics
Strong analytical thinking
Very good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
Passion for games
Willingness to learn new things
Ability to work independently and in a team
