JOB DESCRIPTION

We’re looking for a Motion Designer who will be responsible for motion design, brand animation, live action and post production for Ten Square Games employer branding materials.

You will elevate our brand experience by illustrating through motion how Ten Square Games is growing fast in game developement industry and how it’s creating great environment for its employees to implement awesome ideas and gain new experience day by day.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

*Create compelling motion graphics for digital campaigns and employer branding communication;
*Own motion design, digital animation, video creation, storyboarding and post production;
*Create live-action videos and digital animations to showcase the coming to the life process of creating games, excitement, growth, etc;
*Cooperate with designers across the company, and copywriters to guide stories through motion and video;
*Actively participate in brainstorming sessions to generate unique ideas for EB initiatives;
*Ability to think creatively and translate ideas into compelling visual designs under potentially challenging time constraints and deadlines;
*Being proactive and great at problem-solving;
*Staying up to date with trends in motion design.

REQUIREMENTS:

*Good Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator, etc) as well as emerging interactive design trends;
*Creativity, innovation, and passion for new trends;
*Self-reliance and good organization skills.

NICE TO HAVE:

*Knowledge of Element 3D, Trapcode Particular;
*Modeling, animating and texturing skills.
