Level Designer (Project 8)

Your responsibilities

• Creating and iterating layouts of in-game levels, from first prototyping stage to finalization,
• Implementing basic events on levels,
• Working closely with enviro artists while finalizing levels,
• Working with combat designers to ensure proper pacing of levels,
• Working closely with project leads to ensure that levels are coherent with high level vision.

Job requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in similar position,
• Insight into game design fundamentals,
• Excellent skill of creating map layouts and documentation for the level,
• Ability to tell a story and create player experience with a level,
• Ability to propose a level design that supports given higher level themes,
• Proficient with modeling software or ProBuilder kind of tool,
• Strong communication skills and sense of ownership.
