Game Designer

Duties:

• Co-creating the game concept, systems and key gameplay mechanics.
  • Analyzing and redesigning individual gameplay systems.
  • Balancing gameplay systems and adjusting game features to guarantee user satisfaction
  • Cooperation with creative, graphic and programming teams in the implementation of the project
  • Keeping tabs on the market for best new practices, ideas, and implementations
  • Developing documentation

Requirements:

• Min. 2 years of experience as a Game Designer with at least 1 published title
• Very good command of the English language
• Passion for gaming and understanding of the intricacies of the industry
• Interpersonal skills to keep teams going strong
