About the position:

As a Destruction Artist, you’ll be participating in the implementation and creation of a wide range of dynamic simulation features and taking care of maintaining stable performance through the game

Responsibilities:

• Prototyping features and content for destruction simulations
• Optimization and implementation of real-time simulations into UE4
• Preparing tools and pipelines for artists
• Maintaining the production pipeline and meeting deadlines
• Collaborate effectively with other artists, programmers, designers, Art Director, and Producer

Requirements:

• At least one year’s experience in game development in role of artist
• At least one year’s experience in game development in the role of technical artist
• Great knowledge of SideFX Houdini and great technical skills
• Basic knowledge of 2D, 3D, and animation packages and pipelines
• Knowledge of Unreal Engine or familiarity with the similar engine (Unity, CryEngine, Lumberyard, etc)
• Familiarity with UE4 materials logic and pipeline
• Familiarity with UE4 VFX logic and pipeline
• Familiarity with physics logic or physical engines
• Ability to fast prototype features, solutions and pipelines
• Ability to integrate graphical features into gameplay mechanics
• Familiarity with optimization techniques

Requirements:

• Familiarity with UE4 blueprints
• Familiarity with UE4 blueprints
• Coding in C++, HLSL, Python language
• Very good knowledge of physically based rendering (PBR)
