Currently, we’re looking for a passionate Community Developer to become part of our team and work with us on expanding the #DRIVE franchise including other productions to come!

You will become an official representative of #DRIVE brand and the voice of our studio responsible for:
- Managing everyday community interactions for titles from #DRIVE multiverse and beyond
- Working towards increasing our audience engagement with games developed by the studio
- Moderation of our social media channels with Discord server as your main priority
- Gathering content performance, audience breakdowns, and other community related data to proactively establish increased performance of brand assets, activations and content strategy
- Collaboration with other team members to establish a community development strategy tailored for out audience needs
- Working with influencers and content creators in order to create entertaining and engaging game content related to our brands
- Supporting development team in assessing feedback from community and content creators during test phases of our games
- At last 2 years of experience as a Community Developer / Manager in the video games industry
- Experience in creating and leading Community Engagement Strategies
- Know how to define and communicate priorities for your campaigns
- Proven success in developing and executing content strategies and activations
- Expertise in building engaged communities through social media platforms and channels such as Discord, Steam Community, Facebook etc.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with spoken and written proficiency in English
- Demonstrated knowledge of industry best practices with published examples
- Proficiency with content plan and community management tools will be a great plus
- Live-broadcast management experience for YouTube, Twitch etc.
- Self-sufficient with creative content tools (Photoshop, Premiere, etc.)
- Experience in content creation for less video games oriented platforms Tik-Tok etc.
- Competitive salary based on your experience [B2B/UoD]: PLN 5000 - 8000 Net
