• organising production processes from the ground up in collaboration with leads
• working on a few smaller projects and facilitating information flow within teams
• keeping tabs on progress and communicating with the team on a daily basis
• establishing and maintaining people-oriented processes like recruitment and onboarding

 

• experience working on every production stage: from pre-production to shipping and post-production
• proactive approach
• strong communication and organizational skills
• excellent people skills
• communicative English and Polish skills
• good knowledge of GSuite tools, Jira, Confluence

 

• knowledge of agile practices
• experience with risk management
• experience working with remote teams

 

• Competitive salary based on your experience [B2B/UoD]: PLN 6000 - 9000 Net
