Work is entirely in English. Currently work is entirely from home (Asana/Github/Slack/Jira), but the Warsaw office is coming very soon and a lot of presence is required (80%) and welcomed, since our office will be darn cool.

Your role

We’re looking for an all-round, talented project manager who can handle our game projects. You will be in charge of making sure games are developed well, on schedule, and everything and everyone works together well. You will work together with teams, their leads and report to the founder & CEO.


  • Knowledge of game design principles, how to translate game design into game features, tickets, tasks, understanding software development with respect to games.
  • Excellent project management skills: managing resources, acquiring resources, handling deadlines, scope creep, etc.
  • Knowledge of agile, scrum, project management styles, risk assessment, planning, etc.
  • Well-rounded basic knowledge of key aspects of Unity: code architecture, scriptable objects, rendering pipelines, shaders, UI, audio, session management, physics, profiling, etc.
  • At least 2 years of commercial experience developing games in Unity/Games, or two shipped games or IT products.
  • Good communication skills, estimation skills, autonomous and responsible - focused on results.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Unity Teams Advanced, some light DevOps experience, etc.
  • Any extra skills in web dev/cloud computing.
  • Game Design knowledge

  • Profit share per project.
