We created RUINER.

And now we’re looking for an experienced ASSOCIATE ART DIRECTOR to join us for our new game Final Form, which is a FPP sci-fi / neocyber project.

As our ASSOCIATE ART DIRECTOR, we would like you to translate your vision into artistic value. He contributed to the development of the artistic and visual style of the game. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of visualization. You will also act as a visionary who inspires, motivates and supports your art team. Your job will include discovering a variety of exciting opportunities.

You will be looking for a balance between artistic aspects and technical limitations.

You will be an active mentor and role model for the art team. You will keep morale and create an atmosphere of creativity and enthusiasm.

You will take part in the recruitment process to build an artistic team and support its development.

What we expect:

• Passion for sci-fi, cyberpunk and classic anime
• Knowledge and interest in the latest developments in the field of graphics and game technology
• Good knowledge of Photoshop and 3D software (eg 3DS Max);
• Ability to review the work done by others and, if necessary, to suggest improvements; with an excellent artistic grade
• Understanding the basics of art and artistic culture
• Exceptional knowledge of creature / character creation and anatomy.
• Great communication and presentation skills combined with a positive attitude;
• Natural curiosity and creativity with the ability to discover new ideas and learn from others
• Fluent English (spoken and written)

Would will make you stand out:

• Deep experienced in crafting video game art
• Proven excellent leadership experience in the video game industry,
• 2 years of Art Direction experience, especially realistic art style
• Experience in at least 1-2 AAA games
