We are looking for Candidates for the following position:
Recruitment Specialist
(based in: Wrocław)

Your role in our company:
• conducting full cycle of recruitment processes (including direct search), from defining needs with managers to on-boarding process (exploring polish and foreign labour markets),
• creating new and improving existing methods and tools of employer branding and search and selection of Candidates (including AC),
• preparing offers for Candidates,
• performing employer branding activities.

We are looking for a Candidate, who:
• min. 2 years of experience in conducting recruitment processes (including direct search),
• interest and knowledge of various methods/tools of search and selection (especially specialists and senior positions),
• fluent Polish and very good spoken and written English,
• high interpersonal, organisational and communication skills,
• creativity,
• maturity and responsibility, high propriety,
• good knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Power Point).

Nice to have:
• experience in recruiting IT specialists,
• interest in video games.
