We create premium indie simulation games. We are working on simulation games and professional simulation systems used, for example, to train intelligent cars.

Thanks to the experience of our team, its know-how, and technology developed over the years, we have facilities that allow us to produce games at a level that is difficult to achieve for less experienced developers.

Requirements:

✔️ At least 3 years experience as a game designer and a minimum one title successfully shipped
✔️ Excellent knowledge of game design theory
✔️ Excellent knowledge about modern game design trends and features/mechanics
✔️ Excellent communication skills
✔️ Good English skills
✔️ Understanding the relationship between business and design

Nice to have:

✔️ Experience in UE4
✔️ Experience/Knowledge of Scrum process
✔️ Experience in designing console games
✔️ Basic knowledge of level design

Responsibilities:

✔️ Creating game design from high to low level
✔️ Designing systems from main game features to small additions to existing game elements
✔️ Close cooperation with code, art, and level design departments
✔️ Maintaining project documentation
