Lead Gameplay Programmer

We're looking for a person who can lead a team of programmers in our new RPG, on-site in Katowice, Poland.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating work of programmers in the team.
• Communicating with design and graphics teams.
• Implementing gameplay in Unreal Engine 4.
• Conducting code reviews.
• Designing game architecture.
• Planning and distributing work for the team.
• Taking part in designing company-wide development processes and optimization.
• Conducting Summary talks for team members.
  

Requirements:

• At least 6 years of experience as a Gameplay Programmer.
• Credited as a programmer in at least 2 commercial video games.
• Credited as a lead programmer in at least 1 commercial video game.
• Very good C++ and Unreal Engine knowledge.
• Upper Intermediate English (B2/C1 level).
• Very good understanding of content versioning systems.
• Good communication skills.
• Openness, initiative, willingness to share knowledge.
