Mill Games, is a joint venture company, which is focused on the Romanian game dev market. Founders of the Mill games are Warsaw-based Movie Games publisher and INC Investments & Consulting.
We’re not a regular publisher, which is only looking for promising projects to publish. We believe that promising projects, or even a convincing idea for it, could be the beginning of a longer and deeper business relationship, including:

project funding,
publishing, including QA, PR, marketing, community management
business development, from basic legal support, through finding new projects and additional funding, to IPO on Romanian or Polish Stock Exchange

In connection with the development and expansion of the area of our activity to other Eastern Europe markets, we are looking for a new member of our team - Business Development Manager. This person will help drive the strategy and execution for partnership with game developers and work for hire studios specifically in Romania but also in Eastern Europe. You will be responsible for owning the process from finding new game projects, promising studios to deal negotiations, and closing the deal.

About the Job

  • research and identify new business opportunities
  • find and identify interesting game projects with high commercial potential
  • aligning Business Development with the company’s strategy and processes
  • drafting terms sheets and reviewing contracts with potential business partners in close cooperation with Legal Department
  • contract negotiations with potential partners
  • exploring new foreign markets
  • grow and maintain our CRM - Hubspot
  • prepare project revenue estimates
  • daily routine tasks such as cold mailing and prospecting

You meet our expectations if You:

  • have at least 2 years of experience in Business Development - preferably in games
  • have a great understanding of the game industry
  • have the ability to identify a business opportunity
  • have a can-do attitude
  • have experience in contract negotiations
  • have experience with CRM
  • have great interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • speak and write impeccable English
  • are a passionate gamer or at least have a great interest in video games
