As a PHP Developer, you will become our partner in developing the most famous free-to-play mobile games. In order to make sure that our players get the best, most uninterrupted experience possible we need an expert to hop on board and put hands on design and implementation of solid, high performing architecture as a ground for moving our games to next levels.

We’re looking for a person who’s confident with expressing opinions that help to determine the future of the product. Someone who would draw conclusions from things that went wrong so that the team would benefit in the future, knowing how to overcome obstacles and be better prepared for any unexpected turn of events. Your mission:

• work on new functionalities and develop already existing ones in PHP;
• cooperate and consult results with an interdisciplinary team;
• write code based on mutual code review;
• participate actively in shaping the process of our game development.

Requirements:

• very good knowledge of PHP;
• good knowledge of Javascript and web technologies (HTML, CSS);
• knowledge of database issues;
• experience in working with external APIs;
• basic knowledge of algorithmics;
• very good command of English and Polish.

Nice to have:

• degree in Computer Science;
• experience in optimizing server applications;
• experience in working with PHP frameworks (best: Yii);
• experience in working with Javascript libraries (best: jQuery or Mootools);
• experience in working with non-relational databases (best: Redis);
• basic grasp of technologies: OpenFL, Haxe, HTML5;
• ability to work in a Linux console;
• interest in developing games.
