Superkami is a fully remote studio led by industry veterans with over 10 years of experience. In 2021, we set out to create "Sengoku Dynasty," a cross-genre survival-builder set in Feudal Japan. This August, we released the game into Early Access, and in the first three weeks, we achieved:

A peak of 9,161 concurrent players
Over 2000 reviews with a "Mostly Positive" rating
Over 8 million views on YouTube alone

Responsibilities

Implement and set up new game content, balance gameplay mechanics
Collaborate in a cross-functional team to deliver easy to understand UX
Test your designs, prototypes, and solutions
Analyze feedback to continually improve the gaming experience

Requirements

2+ years of experience in a similar position
Game design credits in at least one released, commercial game
Familiarity with Unreal Engine 5 and Blueprints
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
Self-motivation and the ability to independently manage your workload
Excellent communication skills that fit the requirements of an interdisciplinary, remote, and flexible work environment
Experience creating detailed and precise documentation, including advanced spreadsheet skills for data analysis and presentation
