Product Lead (Mobile Games)

Our company is looking for an experienced Lead to spearhead improvements and grow live operations around our game products in mobile space.

The position can be fully remote.

Salary: 15.000 PLN B2B and up, negotiated based on presented experience and portfolio.

Objectives:

• Leading the product team in day-to-day operations,
• Building the product strategy with all stakeholders,
• Ongoing analyse of product KPI's,
• Ongoing dialogue with the publisher.

Qualifications:

• Experience as Product Lead, Analyst or Senior/Lead Producer in mobile games,
• Strong understanding of the market and mobile products strategy,
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, outgoing personality,
• Fluent English in speaking and writing,
• Games passionate with insight into visual styles in casual space.
