For upcoming action TPP game we are looking for an Art Director with experience in AA+/AAA games.

ART DIRECTOR

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Defining game’s art style in close cooperation with Design team,
• Create visual touchstone assets that inspire and set standards of quality for others. (concepts, paint-overs, references),
• Supervising and approving work completed by the team,
• Actively participating in the hiring process.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• At least one shipped AA+ or AAA game,
• A minimum of 4 years of experience as an art director or senior concept artist on console/PC projects,
• Experience and knowledge of highly realistic visual styles,
• English language skills at least B2 level.

NICE TO HAVE:

• Keen for action TPP games,
• Experience with Unreal Engine.
