As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for collaborating with producers and helping them to plan, manage and identify any risks in current and future projects.
Your daily tasks:
- closely collaborating with a team of producers, helping to plan work and milestones to make sure that project goals are met according to the plan,
- managing plans and scope of work throughout the whole project life cycle,
- managing projects workflow,
- identification, management and mitigation of risks associated with projects,
- keeping an eye on deadlines,
- supporting producers in short and long-term planning of the demand and availability of resources,
- helping create a pipeline of projects and roadmaps based on planned resources,
- monitoring the quality of planning and tracking,
- working with Excel/google sheet, project tables and JIRA,
- resource management support.
You meet our expectations if you have:
- excellent analytical skills,
- expert knowledge of JIRA,
- proficient & fluent use of advanced excel/google sheet formulas,
- analyzing, aggregating and interpreting large volumes of data, defining standards and helping to unify data across all projects,
- experience in developing IT products as a Project Manager,
- experience working with Agile methodologies (preferably Scrum framework),
- knowledge of techniques related to the implementation of projects (CPM, Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, Gantt, Waterfall)
- experience in implementing / using project management tools (e.g. Jira, Azure DevOps)
- good command of English and Polish
- proactivity, “can do” attitude and excellent teamwork skills,
- ability to work in a highly variable, dynamic environment,
