Ironbird Creations is a new studio based in Cracow. We currently have 20+ people on board, and we are looking for talented individuals who would like to join us on our journey to create fast-paced, engaging, combat-focused games.

As a 3D Artist, you'll be working on creating stunning visuals in close cooperation with our Art Director and Art Team.

Software/Tools we use in IBC: Unity, Blender/Maya, Plastic (version control systems), Houdini, Substance Painter, Photoshop, Jira, Confluence, Discord.

You probably wonder about your tasks:

• Preparation of high-quality 3D models with textures and materials for Unity
• Optimization of 3D models
• Work on stylized/semi-stylized 3D models (we do not aim at hyperrealism)

Our requirements:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience or 1-2 completed projects
• Experience with creating stylized assets
• Basic knowledge of Unity
• Blender/Maya, Substance Painter, Photoshop experience
• English at the communicative level
• Being an open and positive team player who knows how to give and take feedback.

Bonus points? Sure:

• More advanced knowledge of Unity is always a plus!
• You are a creative person and want to pitch in during brainstorming sessions? That's huge!
• You worked previously in jira/confluence - it will be easy for you to get on board with us.
