For Game UX Researcher role we are looking for candidates based in Wroclaw, Poland.

As a Game UX Researcher You Will:

• Conduct user research through all stages from planning to execution, including data analyses and report preparation
• Apply a variety of methods such as experience playtests, usability tests, interviews (IDI, FGI), surveys, etc accordingly to the goal of the research
• Deliver User Flows, Personas, Heuristic Reviews, Desk research
• Support accessibility options
• Conduct workshops with stakeholders and development team to understand game design and / or business needs
• Propagate research results by distributing compelling, consistent reports and engaging into substantive discussions with the development team
• Contribute your research and insights through the entire game development cycle by delivering ongoing feedback from our gamers

What We Need You To Have:

• At least two years of experience conducting user experience research
• Experience in the game user research area, applying both quantitative and qualitative approaches preferred
• Passion for user centric approach and video games (required :) )
• Excellent interpersonal communication (both written and verbal)
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Degree in social sciences or related field
• Very good English (at least B2)
