We are looking for a Game Designer to work with the most experienced and successful members of the Ten Square Games team on a brand new game with huge potential. What will be your responsibilities?

• Working with the design principles and methodologies that we use to make our games.
• Combining data awareness with user intuition to go beyond the KPIs in making great games.
• Getting the design vision for the game across to the team and making sure everybody knows it.
• Working with different departments to ensure alignment and visibility.
• Creating design specs and documentation that clearly communicates the end state.
• Seeking to improve designs and user experience based upon user feedback, changes in business assumptions, or data.

What do we require?

• At least 2 years of commercial experience as a Game Designer.
• Passion for sports games.
• Understanding of player motivations and behaviors and how we as game makers can affect them.
• Knowledge of free-to-play and mobile game industry common design methodologies.
• Ability to define tools to support the game design process.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel (basic scripts are nice to have).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and work organization skills.
• Comfortable with a high degree of independence and working in a team.

Nice to have:

• Game economy background.
