We need you to:

  • Be open to frequently give and receive feedback, both improvement and praising kind;
  • Be open to participate in a culture of free and frequent communication;
  • Be open to working within a flat structure;
  • Be open to working with leaders whose primary job is to facilitate discussion, organize clear objectives, workflows, resources and provide you with help whenever needed. NOT to be your drill sergeant;
  • Have a team-first, collaborative work ethics;
  • Feel comfortable asking for and providing help whenever needed;


  • Have 3+ years of experience;
  • Have an ability to create clear and easy to maintain code;
  • Exhibit good logical thinking and problem-solving skills;
  • Have an ability to work with and optimize preexisting source codes;
  • Have knowledge of the Git version control system;
  • Speak communicative English, orally and in writing

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Code writing & optimization
  • Creating or expanding functionalities and features in games;
  • Adjusting the input system to the requirements of a given platform
  • Working with games’ source codes in order to prepare console versions (e.g., Nintendo Switch, PlayStation etc.)
  • Implementing SDKs and special functions of console platforms
  • Adjusting applications to the certification requirements of a given platform
  • Bug fixing in collaboration with QA testers

It'll be a boost if you:

  • Have a working experience with at least one of these platforms: PS4/5; Xbox One/SX; Nintendo Switch

What does the process look like:
There’re 3 stages
1) CV & Portfolio evaluation
2) Recruitment task (job-specific, circa 1-3h workload)
3) Interview (circa 45m)

  • Upon sending your CV & Portfolio you will receive an email detailing the process and timeline
  • We will make sure you are well-informed along the way and will also respond to individual questions/requests when needed


  • Every participant will receive an individual chart with feedback on performance in all the stages completed
  • After the final decision is made, all participants from stage 2 upwards will additionally have an opportunity to book a 1on1 feedback meeting with the recruiter.
