Anshar Publishing focuses on providing comprehensive marketing and publishing services for PC and console games.
We believe that marketing deserves craftsmanship and an individual approach to each project, based on the expertise of our team professionals. Created in 2021, the team consists of Anshar Studios veterans and experienced specialists who gained their understanding of the industry at key Polish game studios. Apart from experience, we are a group of passionate gamers with an openness to support independent developers and increase the visibility of their hidden gems.

Anshar Publishing is looking for a talented Community Manager to join our team on-site in Katowice or remotely (from Poland).

Responsibilities:

• Creating company communications on social media in relation to company marketing strategy and specific projects
  
• Researching the state of the community on discussion forums and presenting appropriately on those forums
  
• Creating long-term strategies based on own ideas and concepts, turning these ideas into a story
  
• Maintaining relationships with the community and key influencers
  
• Comprehensive event management for social media and newsletters, organizing and running online streams, organizing in-studio events, contests
  
• Copywriting of posts for the needs of Social Media, online articles, Steam announcements, documentation of the game, help with the script of videos and trailers, FAQs, social guides
• Preparation of crisis communication, competition observation, and market analysis, as well as drawing conclusions from the conducted campaigns

Requirements:

• Passion for video games
• Knowledge about the game industry and trends
• You feel in social media as in your natural environment
• Perfect communication skills (streaming, interviews)
• Out-of-the-box thinking and creativity
• Fluent English (C1/C2 level)
• Self-determined and collaborative working style
• Minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience

Bonus points:

• Passion for RPGs
• Knowledge about video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere)
• Understanding the paid digital advertising, SEO
• Experience with the streaming environment and video production
