We’re currently working on AAA, a story-driven RPG saga for PCs and next-gen consoles in Unreal Engine 5. We are looking for an IT Helpdesk Regular to join our team in Warsaw.

Responsibilities:

• Being the front line IT support for the Rebel Wolves’ Team
• Building and maintaining workstation PCs for the Team
• Diagnose and resolve problems in response to the Rebel Wolves’ Team reported incidents
• Troubleshooting technical issues
• Provide detailed information on all performed activities to the next appropriate level specialists according to the process
• Maintain full ownership of ticket through its lifecycle
• Additional tasks in line with your interests and project needs

Requirements:

• Previous experience in similar role
• Knowledge of modern PC architecture
• Advanced computer operation and ease of learning new software
• Excellent communication and client service skills
• Problem solving attitude and efficient task management skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and “can do” attitude
• Native/proficient Polish
• Ability to communicate in English (at least at B2 level)
