About us:

We are Gamedust - a company that creates and publishes games with strong focus on the VR market.
Gamedust has been creating VR games since 2017. We use the skills and experience acquired as a VR games developer to build an extensive portfolio of titles, combining our own productions with publishing games created by other teams. Our publishing division manages the image of these titles, their promotion and shows creative ways to build the brand of our games and the company on the market.

We are working on Yupitergrad 2: The Lost Station - the sequel to our biggest hit, a game that combines action and adventure on a distant space station. In addition, we are preparing for the release of Rooms of Realities - an innovative anthology of virtual escape rooms. We are also working on evaluating undisclosed projects and evaluating new titles.

Apply if you have:

🚀 At least 1-2 years of experience in marketing of the premium video games (VR or mobile / PC / console);
🚀 Documented work on at least 1 commercially released video game;
🚀 Experience in storefronts management (the more the better);
🚀 Vast knowledge of the video game industry and trends - especially VR (extra points for that!);
🚀 Fluent use of the English language, especially written;
🚀 Professional approach to performing duties, conscientiously and regularly;
🚀 Being proactive.

What will give you an advantage:

🚀 Proven experience in marketing of VR titles;
🚀 Knowledge about VR industry;
🚀 Experience on the publisher's side of work;
🚀 Unconventional marketing insight.

What will your tasks be:

🚀 Playing critical role in developing coherent brand strategy for both in-house projects and publishing activities
🚀 Co-creation of products marketing strategy, marketing campaigns budgets and publishing calendar;
🚀 Co-creation and maintenance of coherent pricing policy and planning discounts in all of the games portfolio;
🚀 Preparing & delivering sales and marketing data analysis reports to monitor strategy execution and making data-informed decisions on improvements in storefronts, ads optimization;
🚀 Creation of announcements in the storefront;
🚀 Cooperation with rest of the publishing team specialists (PR, Community, UX/Insight, BizDev);
🚀 Adding your expertise on market and trends to developer pitches evaluation process.
