Anshar Studios is looking for a talented Senior Producer and/or Expert Producer to join our team on-site in Katowice or remotely from anywhere in Poland.

Responsibilities:

• Project management with Lean or Agile methodologies – depending on the project
• Facilitating the entire production process
• On-time and on-budget delivery in the parameters and powers given by the Studio Head
• Maintaining transparency about project status and context to the team, executives and Production Head
• Building team processes and iteratively improving them
• Building roadmaps and MS plans with the help of Executive Producer

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years (for Senior) of game industry experience on a similar position (producer, team leader, scrum master etc.)
• Minimum 2 credited commercially released Triple-I/AA title
• Good knowledge of the gaming market
• Knowledge and skills to work independently, manage the team and teach others
• Ability to organize, modernize and lead any production meetings
• Ability to clearly communicate project problems and increase the transparency of the project
• Good understanding of the Scrum and Kanban methodologies
• Advanced knowledge of Atlassian and Office 365
• Intermediate English (B1/B2 level)
• Intermediate Polish (B1/B2 level)

Pluses:

Salary:

• Senior: 10-15 000 PLN net/month on B2B OR 8 300 - 12 500 PLN gross/month - Permanent
• Expert: 14-21 000 PLN net/month on B2B OR 11 600 - 17 500 PLN gross/month - Permanent
