Rosetta Gaming is looking for an exceptional Producer to help us push the development of casino games.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Keep your team motivated and engaged through transparent and flawless communication
Collaborate with stakeholders to document project scope, deliverables, goals, risks, blockers, success measures and estimated resource needed
Provide input to product development schedule and maintain roadmap
Drive the decision-making process on product features
Facilitate product reviews and prioritize feedback from various stakeholders
Plan, schedule, monitor and report on activities related to games development process flow
Oversee timelines, backlogs and schedules using established project tracking methodologies and processes
Take ownership of the game development process and defend decisions regarding strategy, scope, quality, resources and product documentations
Manage multiple projects in separate phases simultaneously and work well under pressure
Perform ad-hoc tasks as needed to best support the team

REQUIREMENTS:

At least 2 years of previous experience of building and leading game/software development teams
Product management experience and proven track record of previous game releases
Previous experience in the slots industry is a big plus
Knowledge of casino/online/mobile/social gaming industry trends
Familiarity with gameplay features of current online and land-based slots
Working knowledge of Art, Animation, Software Development and QA
Deep understanding of game development, software development and general project management
Ability to work remotely and on-site with game development teams
An eye for details
Open to feedback and be able to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
