Test Lead (Localization QA)

Lionbridge Poland currently is looking for well organized, experienced person for the Games Test Lead role in our Localization Testing Department. If you are familiar with game testing, have formal experience in people management and are looking for a multi-cultural environment to develop your skills, don't wait and apply now! We are testing various types of AAA games for well-known studios in more than 30 languages from all around the world, from South American, through European to Asian.

Responsibilities:

Planning, coordinating and supervising of the game testing project;
Organizing and managing a testing team (including supporting recruitment processes to game testing projects, supervision of tester training for a given project);
Identifying and reporting risks associated with the testing process and issue solving;
Cooperating and communicating with the customer as part of the project;
Preparing reports on the work progress and resources usage;
Providing materials and guidelines for testing;
Supervising of internal quality assurance procedures;
Assessing performance, progress, and the quality of cooperation of the project team members.

Requirements:

Strong, proven experience in leading games QA teams;
Minimum 3 years’ experience in games QA;
Strong game playing abilities and good understanding of the various genres;
Fluency in English;
Game studio experience is a plus;
Mobile games testing experience is a plus.
