Game QA Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Day to day work which guarantees high project quality
• Bug identification & management – ensure bugs are identified, isolated and communicated
• Identify and drive on a daily basis testing strategy – build, maintain, communicate and execute successfully project test strategy
• Process management – ensure effective application of test processes and tools using appropriate techniques
• QA-related risk management – identify risks, internal and external dependencies
• Reporting & Feedback – provide the team progress and status reports in accordance with project's schedule and practices
• Cooperation with the team – capture, analyze and propose resolutions to problems
• Cooperation with project management in processes improvement – help define, improve and implement test processes and tools
• Provide team appropriate deliverables - Test Plan, Test Coverage, Ownerships, Risk Backlog

Experience and Knowledge:

• Passion for Games
• 2+ years of QA testing experience
• 1+ year minimum experience in game development
• 1+ shipped project minimum
• Great knowledge of software testing processes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Knowledge of development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall etc)
