Project Ritualist (Senior/Regular Game Producer)

Welcome Adventurer!

For our brave tribe Black Drakkar Games we are looking for an experienced Project Ritualist (Game Producer) to support our crew in the unique adventures we are taking part in and those ahead of us. You will work with experienced developers on an unannounced AA+ game in the Sci-Fi genre with world known IP, developed on UE5.

We are a young developers' studio established by industry veterans and powered by very experienced and perfectly harmonized individuals. We are a Polish company based in Warsaw, hidden in the silence and greenery of Fort Mokotow.

Project Ritualist (Regular/Senior Game Producer)

• Work hybrid/on site - preferable.
• 10000 PLN - 18000 net B2B (or an employment contract based on this monthly budget range) - depending on experience level.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Experience working in the games industry - a mandatory requirement.
• At least one game released - nice to have.
• Experience in leading teams and organizing game production.
• Knowledge of Scrum and Agile.
• Very high communication skills.
• Independence and deadline-driven.
• Ability to find long-term project objectives.
• Ability to prepare project schedules/roadmaps.
• Proficient in tracking tools (JIRA).
• Very good knowledge of English.

Additional advantages will be:

• Experience working with external partners (marketing, subcontractors, platform owners).
• Experience in release management.
