We are Slitherine Poland! Slitherine is the world’s leading strategy and wargame publisher, headquartered in the UK but with development teams around the world including the newly opened Warsaw office! Slitherine is a fast growing company and won the MCV Indie Publisher of the year awards in 2021. Slitherine has a catalog of over 300 titles for all formats and work on games from small indie titles up to #1 selling multi format big branded products. Some of Slitherine’s licensing partners include Universal Studios for Battlestar Galactica, MGM for Stargate, Sony for Starship Troopers, Skydance for Terminator and Games Workshop for Warhammer 40,000. Slitherine also supports NATO and its allies with its wargaming software for training and analysis purposes.

We are looking for new people to work on a key project: Stargate: Timekeepers. Stargate is a real-time tactics game, which is based on the popular film and television franchise. Our office is located in Warsaw's Wola district. We are looking for individuals willing to join our specialist team in a hybrid working model.

3D - Generalist

Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality 3D art.

• Work on ensuring performance and technical quality of 3D environmental assets.

• Integrate 3D assets into the game engine Unity.

• Set up LODs, collisions, dynamic objects and ensure the functionality of art assets.

• Optimize assets to fit specific technical requirements.

• Participate in the development of setups for the different stages of VFX.

Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum two year of experience as a 3D artist/generalist.

• Strong knowledge of principles of 3D.

• Problem-solving approach.

• Very good skills in Blender (preferably), Maya, or any other 3D Software, Zbrush and Photoshop.

• Proficient in English, both verbal and written.

Salary: Based on experience - Gross 5800 zł - 8000 zł (Estimated net 4500 zł - 6000 zł, will vary based on personal circumstances and tax liabilities)
