On top of continuously growing the world of Dying Light through a robust post-launch support plan for Dying Light 2 Stay Human, we're also working on an unannounced AAA Open World Action RPG set in a brand new fantasy universe; our biggest project to date.

Your daily tasks:

• close cooperation with a respective QA Lead regarding tasks organisation,
• overseeing project schedules and backlogs,
• ensuring the flow of information between QA and Dev teams,
• ensuring cooperative work environment and appropriate estimates of both QA and Dev needs,
• identifying bottlenecks in production processes,
• caring for project documentation and reporting.

You meet our expectations if you have:

• at least 4 years of experience in the QA field (preferably AAA titles)
• at least 2 years of experience in the production field (be it a Producer, Project Manager or Scrum Master)
• strong leadership and team management skills
• knowledge of technical aspects of engine development
• experience in working with JIRA including administration
• knowledge of project management
• high self-motivation and self-organisation
• proactivity in initiating and optimising processes
• excellent command of English

Nice to have:

• technical experience (e.g. as a programmer)
