The gamers' trust in our games has resulted in our newest project, Dying Light 2 Stay Human, selling more than 5 million copies across all platforms within the first month after release.

On top of continuously growing the world of Dying Light through a robust post-launch support plan for Dying Light 2 Stay Human, we're also working on an unannounced AAA Open World Action RPG set in a brand new fantasy universe; our biggest project to date.

Your daily tasks:

  • E2E project management,
  • managing project plans, scope of work and project documentation,
  • identification, managing and mitigating risks in relation to projects,
  • tracking and managing project schedule,
  • leading highly effective meetings, proposing methods of raising effectiveness of meetings,
  • close cooperation with rest of PMO team, creation of project management standards and best practices,
  • creation of clear slide decks and materials for Executives,
  • ensuring coherency of project documentation,
  • support in managing project’s budget,
  • leading multiple smaller projects at the same time,
  • usage of tools (Excel, Jira) and methods (Scrum, SAF-e, Kanban, Gantt, Waterfall),
  • support in creating project pipeline and roadmaps,
  • monitoring quality of project planning and resource utilization.

You meet our expectations if you have:

  • ability to work in dynamic & changing environment,
  • proficiency in English,
  • experience in working with games or IT Systems as Project manager (minimum 5 years of experience),
  • experience in managing large number of people (15+ people for 1 project),
  • experience of working in agile environment and hands on experience with iterative methods of working,
  • experience in managing project’s budget,
  • excellent organizational skills both for yourself and the team,
  • excellent interpersonal skills,
  • proactivity, self-motivation and team player attitude,
  • forward thinking and excellent ability to solve problems,
  • merge of calmness and confidence,
  • assertiveness, ability to prepare great argumentation for decisions,
  • experience in tools like Excel, Jira, Confluence.

Nice to have:

  • experience in game development (widely speaking),
  • understanding of creative/production process in relation to game development,
  • experience in managing project budget on detailed controlling level (OPEX/CAPEX).
