Producer WebGL

Katana Studio (branch in Warsaw) is looking for an experienced WebGL Producer to join our team

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day production of software production projects
• Establish schedules to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery for the project
• Track progress and be responsible for product quality
• Report to the team and studio management
• Ensure transparency, awareness, and excitement within the team

Requirements:

• Must have 5+ years experience working as Producer in Commercials, Animation, Unity, Unreal, WebGL
• Experience of agile project management processes
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills in written and spoken English
• Curious about new formats and technologies and always looking to improve output and workflows
• Calm under pressure and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to accuracy and attention to detail is a must
• Must be willing and able to work flexible hours
• Team player that brings excitement and enthusiasm to work each day
• Knowledge of ShotGrid would be a nice value
