Summary
As the Marketing Operations Associate, you will be joining our amazing Game Operation Team, where you will be tasked with managing the day to day activity of the GameOps team. This will include managing the delivery of strategy, executing, analysing CRM campaigns and events.
We’re looking for a team player with a business sense, technical skills and a keenness for problem-solving. As a Marketing Operations Associate, you’ll work closely with our GameOps and Product teams to ensure the smooth running of all the events, promotions, marketing events and live A/B tests. You’ll also be in charge of all related technical aspects to enable events and promotions both inside and outside the game.

What You'll Do
Manage the operation of monetization and product activities inside the game through the game’s back end system: setting up promotions, controlling game features, creating pricing configurations, segmentation, etc.
Lead overall production and execution of email marketing campaigns in collaboration with the GameOps Manager.
Be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all promotions, events and live tests.
Schedule game features and events through the game’s back office system.
Work with the QA team to make sure campaign configurations are working in the live version.
Closely collaborating with other teams across the business: GameOps, Art, Product, Community, QA.
Conduct daily monitoring on tests and new initiatives
Analysing the performance of your activities, reporting on relevant KPIs and sharing the learnings with the wider business.
Present deliverables that will impact business decisions (analysis, process changes and more) to senior management
Work with the Community & Social leads to ensure development and execution of community and social media campaigns aligned to the project objectives

What We're Looking For
Requirements
Must:
You are analytical with a keen interest to dive into data to provide insight and make the most informed decisions possible.
You have managed multiple projects or campaigns at the same time and you have a strong sense of priorities to get things done in the most efficient way.
Student in the last year or have a degree in operations management, marketing, data management, business administration, or a related field.
Advantage:
You have experience managing marketing campaigns via email, push, social media and ingame messages (pop ups)
You have experience of running AB test

You are super organised and have exceptional planning skills.
Detail oriented with focus on delivering results.
Self-starter, takes initiative, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities under pressure and tight deadlines in a fast paced and changing environment.
You have great interpersonal skills and are able to communicate effectively with your team members and other teams across the business.
Proactive and creative with the drive to improve and continuously learn
Technical understanding and experience of back office tools
English proficiency both spoken and written – must
