Game Designer

We’re looking for a new crew member for Artractive Studio, to fill the position of Game Designer, to work on a new, not yet announced project and to reach for the stars with us in the future. The project’s launch will be supported by a global publisher, which will ensure it fulfills its potential and gets the recognition and coverage it deserves.

Example duties:

• cooperation with the Lead Designer and Game Director in the development and design of the entire game,
• writing extensive design docs for mechanics in our games,
• cooperation with other departments to ensure proper translation of created documents into game content,
• collecting feedback on the game content from other team members as well as the publisher,
• presenting the designed gameplay elements to the team and the publisher,
• participating in industry events and presenting our games to interested people.

Required qualifications:

• knowledge of Unreal Engine 5,
• at least two completed projects as a Game Designer or one AA+.
• feature prototyping skills using EU blueprints,
• teamwork skills,
• ability to meet deadlines,
• self-reliance, willingness to constantly learn and develop,
• ability to create clear and transparent documentation in English,
• teamwork skills and openness to new ideas.

Nice to have:

• experience in working with version control systems (Git / Perforce),
• at least basic knowledge of C++.
