Level Artist

We’re looking for a new crew member for Artractive Studio, to fill the position of Level Artist, to work on a new, not yet announced project and to reach for the stars with us in the future. The project’s launch will be supported by a global publisher, which will ensure it fulfills its potential and gets the recognition and coverage it deserves.

Example duties:

• designing fragments of the game world, from the idea to the finished level
• world optimization in the game,
• cooperation with other artists regarding the visual side of the game,
• cooperation with the publisher's QA department,
• cooperation with the game design department to maintain the consistency of the game world.

Required qualifications:

• at least one year of experience in the production of computer games,
• very good knowledge of Unreal Engine 4/5,
• ability to work with Unreal Engine 5 optimization,
• the ability to lead the gameplay and the player's attention through the use of elements in the environment,
• basic knowledge of blueprints,
• awareness of the importance of teamwork,
• conscientiousness in meeting deadlines,
• good knowledge of the English language,
• experience in working with version control systems (Git / Perforce),
• willingness to constantly learn and develop.

Nice to have:

• general knowledge of 3D graphics,
• experience in the production of open-world games,
• knowledge of Errant Biomes,
• knowledge of MegaScans,
• work proficiency with lighting in Unreal Engine 5.
